Import your data from another tool

Invoices via CSV, contacts, integrations that pull data automatically.

If you're coming from another tool (Notion, Excel, HubSpot, Stripe, etc.), you don't have to re enter everything. There are several paths depending on the data type.

Invoices and subscriptions

  1. On `/facturation`, click Import at the top right.
  2. Pick a CSV exported from your previous tool (Stripe, Pennylane, Excel, etc.).
  3. Map the columns (date, client, amount, currency, status). Auto mapping recognizes common columns.
  4. Confirm. Invoices are created with their original status (draft, sent, paid).

Contacts and companies

On `/clients`, click Import. You can upload a CSV (Google Contacts, HubSpot, Pipedrive or generic format). Mapping auto detects name, email, phone, company.

Automatic sync via integration

To go faster, connect the relevant integration directly. After OAuth, past data is imported automatically and new data flows in real time.

  • Stripe: auto imports historical payments.
  • HubSpot, Pipedrive: imports contacts and companies with their history.
  • Gmail, Outlook: imports emails linked to existing contacts.
  • Google Calendar: imports past and future events.
CSV imports create duplicate records if the same client or invoice is imported twice. Double check before re running an import.
