Factur X and e invoicing

Hybrid PDF + XML format, compliant with European requirements.

Nexte produces invoices in Factur X format (PDF/A 3 + CII XML standard). The PDF stays human readable, the embedded XML allows automatic import on the client and accounting side.

When to enable

  • Enterprise B2B: most require this format to automate their AP accounting.
  • Public administration: Chorus Pro (France) requires Factur X.
  • Reform anticipation: e invoicing becomes mandatory in France in 2026 for taxable companies.

Enable Factur X per invoice

When sending an invoice, check Factur X format in the options. The generated PDF embeds the XML and is accepted by all compatible accounting portals.
