Import contacts

CSV, Google Contacts, or direct HubSpot and Pipedrive integration.

CSV import

  1. On `/clients`, click Import at the top right.
  2. Pick your CSV file (Google Contacts, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Excel export, etc.).
  3. Check the suggested column mapping. You can adjust manually if a column is not recognized.
  4. Confirm. Contacts appear in the list, grouped by company if the company column is present.

Sync via CRM integration

If you use HubSpot or Pipedrive, the direct integration (Sidebar then Integrations then `/hubspot` or `/pipedrive`) pulls all your existing contacts at once and keeps new ones in sync automatically.

Sync via Gmail or Outlook

Connecting Gmail or Outlook syncs emails linked to your contacts. It does not create new contacts automatically, but consolidates the full exchange history per client.

CSV imports do not deduplicate before insert. Re importing the same file gives duplicates.
