The marketing website at getnexte.com is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, https://www.hostinger.fr.

3. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Nexte website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, databases, structure, architecture and any other content, are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code and belong exclusively to the publisher or are used under authorization.

• Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part and by any means, is strictly prohibited without the publisher's prior written authorization.
• Any unauthorized use may be treated as infringement and prosecuted under Articles L335 2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
• The Nexte and Mentra names and logos are the publisher's trademarks.
• Databases available on the website are protected by the French law of July 1 1998 on the legal protection of databases.

The publisher undertakes to process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently in accordance with the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act.

• Collected data may include identification data, profile photo, connection logs and business data linked to projects, clients, invoices and documents.
• Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligations such as accounting retention.
• User rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and protection against solely automated decisions.

Nexte uses only technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform, including session management, authentication and security. No advertising or third party tracking cookies are set.

6. Limitation of liability

The publisher strives to provide accurate and up to date information but may not be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies, temporary service interruptions, data loss caused by external events, or direct and indirect damage resulting from the use or unavailability of the site.

7. Hyperlinks

The Nexte website may contain links to third party sites provided for information purposes only. The publisher exercises no control over them and disclaims any liability for their content, privacy policy or practices.

8. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or enforcement falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts located where the publisher has its registered place of business in Évry, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
