Payment links

Deposit or payment embedded in a proposal or invoice.

You can attach a payment button to any proposal or invoice. Three supported providers: Stripe (card), PayPal (card or PayPal account) and GoCardless (SEPA direct debit).

Prerequisite: connect the provider

Sidebar then Integrations group then Stripe, PayPal or GoCardless. Follow the OAuth flow or paste your API key. Once connected, the payment button becomes available in proposals and invoices.

Payment modes

  • Fixed deposit: a percentage or fixed amount paid at signature.
  • Full payment: the whole invoice paid at once.
  • Installments: 2, 3 or 4 automatic monthly payments (Stripe and GoCardless).
When the client pays, the invoice status automatically moves to paid and you get a notification. Bank reconciliation is automatic on the finance dashboard side.
