Customizable widgets, library, resize modes.

The Nexte home (`/`) is a widget based dashboard. You choose what shows up, in what order, and at what size. On first launch, 12 widgets are placed by default. The library contains 28 in total.

Default widgets

  • Profile or Today: daily summary with revenue progress.
  • Atlas: prompt bar to talk to the assistant straight from home.
  • Weather: local weather.
  • MRR: monthly recurring revenue (subscriptions).
  • Cash: current inflows and outflows.
  • Priorities: top tasks on your list.
  • Pipeline: sales pipeline status by stage.
  • Activity: feed of latest events.
  • Events: upcoming calendar meetings.
  • Hot deals: hottest opportunities.
  • Calendar: mini month calendar.
  • Quick actions: buttons to create a project, an invoice, etc.

Customize: add, remove, move

  1. Click the Customize icon (top right of the dashboard) to enter edit mode.
  2. In edit mode, drag and drop widgets to reorder.
  3. Click a widget's cross to remove it.
  4. Click Add a widget to open the library and pick from the 28 available widgets.
  5. When done, click Done to exit edit mode.

Resize a widget

Each widget exists in several formats. Size combines two axes: height (cube, small, medium, large) and width (compact, standard, wide). In edit mode, the bottom right handle of a widget lets you stretch it live.

The library: 4 main families

  • Steering: business overview (revenue, MRR, cash, win rate, budget, profile, pipeline).
  • Operations: everything that moves the day to day (priorities, invoices, deadlines, events, feedbacks, clients, hot deals, quick actions, project load, activity).
  • Focus: concentration and work rhythm (Atlas, rhythm, focus, health, timer or pomodoro, notes).
  • Lifestyle: ambient widgets (weather, location, calendar, sunrise, quote).
Your config is saved per account. You'll find the same dashboard on every device. To start over, the library has a Reset option.
