Follow up with a client

Manual or automated follow up sequences.

The Follow up tab (`/clients?view=relancer`) lists clients due for a check in: no exchange in X days, invoice waiting for a reply, unsigned quote.

One off follow up

  1. Pick a client in the list.
  2. Choose a follow up template (Atlas suggests context appropriate ones) or write your own.
  3. Send. The email goes from your connected inbox and stays tracked in the client page.

Automate

To turn follow ups into a routine, see `/automations`. You can define a sequence: day plus 7 with no reply, send a soft reminder. Day plus 14, a more direct message. Etc.
