Follow up with a client
Manual or automated follow up sequences.
The Follow up tab (`/clients?view=relancer`) lists clients due for a check in: no exchange in X days, invoice waiting for a reply, unsigned quote.
One off follow up
- Pick a client in the list.
- Choose a follow up template (Atlas suggests context appropriate ones) or write your own.
- Send. The email goes from your connected inbox and stays tracked in the client page.
Automate
To turn follow ups into a routine, see `/automations`. You can define a sequence: day plus 7 with no reply, send a soft reminder. Day plus 14, a more direct message. Etc.
