Atlas privacy and limits

What gets sent, what doesn't, and what you can disable.

Data accessible to Atlas

Atlas reads what's in your workspace to answer intelligently: clients, projects, invoices, quotes, notes, synced email conversations. It never sees other users' workspaces.

What's not used

  • Your data is not used to train the AI models.
  • Your vault content (passwords) is never sent to the AI.
  • Files attached to proposals are not sent unless you paste them yourself in the conversation.

Disable Atlas

If you prefer working without AI, disable Atlas from Sidebar then Settings then Atlas tab. The widget disappears from the dashboard, email reply suggestions stop, and the morning brief is no longer generated.

Nexte's demo mode uses fake data to test without touching your real workspace: useful for safely experimenting with Atlas.
