Track a sent proposal

Once the proposal is shared via public link, its status evolves with each client interaction.

Proposal statuses

• Draft: still being edited, not shared yet.
• Sent: public link active, awaiting the client.
• Viewed: the client opened the link at least once.
• Signed: e signature placed. Instant notification.
• Declined or expired: logical follow up if the client declines or the link expires.

Follow up with the client

From the proposal page, the Follow up button sends a short email recalling the URL and the stake. Atlas can generate the draft. Or wait for the automated sequence configured in `/automations`.
