Create and organize a project

From your first project to the Kanban view of ongoing engagements.

A project in Nexte is a dedicated space for an engagement or a client. It groups tasks, calendar, files, contracts, linked invoices and a portal shared with the client.

Create a project

  1. Sidebar then New project button (top, below the logo).
  2. Give it a name, pick an existing client or create one on the fly.
  3. Set a status (prospect, active, completed) and a deadline if relevant.
  4. Confirm. You land straight on the project page.

Views: grid and Kanban

The `/projet` list shows as a grid or Kanban. The Kanban has 3 columns: prospect, active, completed. Drag a project from one column to another to change its status.

  • Filters: by status, client, or free text.
  • Sort: by deadline, amount, creation date.
  • Bulk actions: select several projects to bulk change status or delete them.
