Navigating the app
Sidebar, global search, keyboard shortcuts.
Nexte is navigated 90% from three places: the left sidebar, global search, and a few keyboard shortcuts. Mastering them is a big time saver.
The sidebar
- Home (`/`): the widget dashboard.
- Inbox (`/inbox`): your action queue, merged from every module.
- Projects: project list, tasks, productivity (notes), vault, feedback, calendar, booking, per project autopilot center, link in bio.
- Clients: contacts, companies, messaging, follow up, automations.
- Integrations: external connectors (Slack, Google, Microsoft, payments, accounting, external CRMs, dev tools).
- Documents (`/propal`): generator, proposals, library, offers.
- Finances (`/facturation`): invoices, subscriptions, expenses, finance dashboard, billing settings.
- Tools (`/outils`): the toolbox.
Submenu groups open on click or hover. You can fully collapse the sidebar via the top button (square with vertical bar icon).
Global search
Click the magnifier at the top of the sidebar, or open `/recherche`. Search scans pages, projects, clients, invoices, proposals, offers, messages, documents, expenses, bookings, calendar events, feedbacks and library.
Essential keyboard shortcuts
- ⌘K or Ctrl K: quick search in notes and inbox.
- ⌘N or Ctrl N: new note or quick capture (on `/productivite`).
- Esc: closes a modal, a drawer, or the slash bar in Atlas.
- / in Atlas: opens slash commands (create a task, an invoice, a quote, etc.).
