Your Nexte subscription
Plans, upgrade/downgrade, invoices, VAT, and cancellation.
Nexte offers 3 tiers to cover needs from solo freelancers to 15-person agencies. All plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Plan changes anytime with automatic prorata.
Plans in detail
- Free — €0/month. Max 3 active projects, 100 CRM contacts, manual invoicing (no Stripe), 1 user. Ideal for testing without commitment.
- Independent — €29/month (or €290/year, 2 months free). Unlimited projects and contacts, Stripe + PayPal, automatic dunning, all core integrations, 1 user.
- Agency — €79/month (or €790/year, 2 months free). Everything in Independent + unlimited team, multi-brand, advanced automations, GoCardless, SSO Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, 4-hour priority support.
Change plan
Settings → Subscription. Upgrades are immediate, prorated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal — you keep premium access until then.
- Upgrade Independent → Agency on day 15 of cycle: complementary invoice of ~€25 (15 × (79-29)/30).
- Downgrade Agency → Independent: no refund, effective at next renewal, you keep Agency until then.
- Annual → Monthly: effective at end of current annual period. No negative prorata.
- Monthly → Annual: immediate, prorata difference billed.
Nexte billing
Settings → Subscription → Invoices. Full history of Nexte invoices, downloadable as PDF. If you're a company, enter your VAT number to receive reverse-charge invoices (outside France) or VAT-deductible invoices (France).
Payment method
Card only for now (Stripe Checkout). SEPA and manual wire transfer available on request for annual Agency plans via contact@getnexte.com. Automatic 3DS based on your bank.
Trial period
14 free days, no card required. At the end: automatic switch to Free if you haven't activated a paid plan (all your data preserved). Premium features become read-only.
Cancel
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. No penalty. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period, then switches to Free. Your data remains accessible — never deleted without an explicit action from you (see GDPR article).
Refund
For any purchase, 14-day cooling-off period (per EU Consumer Code). Full no-questions refund. After that, already-paid cycles aren't refunded but you can cancel to avoid the next cycle.
