Invite your team
Share your Nexte workspace, roles, permissions, and access security.
Invitations are available on the Agency plan. Each invited member receives an email with an activation link valid for 7 days, then picks their password and sets up 2FA. No cap on team size.
The 3 available roles
- Owner — full access, Nexte subscription management, add/remove members, account deletion. Only one Owner per organization.
- Admin — everything except Nexte billing and account deletion. Can invite other members and admins, full data access.
- Member — access only to assigned projects / clients / invoices. Doesn't see other team operations.
Permissions matrix
- See all projects: Owner ✓, Admin ✓, Member ✗ (assigned only).
- Issue invoices: Owner ✓, Admin ✓, Member ✓ on assigned projects.
- See global revenue: Owner ✓, Admin ✓, Member ✗.
- Manage integrations: Owner ✓, Admin ✓, Member ✗.

Invite someone
- Settings → Team → `Invite a member`.
- Enter email, pick a role, optionally assign a dedicated brand identity and initial projects.
- Send the invite. The member receives an email with a link valid for 7 days.
- They click, pick a password, set up 2FA (optional but recommended), and land directly in your workspace.
Manage access
Settings → Team → member list. You can change a member's role at any time, reassign their projects, or revoke access. Role changes take effect instantly without logout.
SSO and authentication (Agency)
On the Agency plan, you can enforce SSO via Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID for all members of your domain. Existing accounts are migrated automatically after setup.
Audit log
Settings → Team → Audit. Complete history of sensitive actions: logins, role changes, deletions, data exports. Kept 90 days on Independent, 1 year on Agency. Exportable as CSV.
