Nexte is a unified workspace for freelancers and small agencies: projects, CRM, billing, proposals, client portal — everything connected, without juggling six tools. A single source of truth across your sales, production and accounting.

The 4 building blocks to know

  • Projects: one space per engagement with timeline, files, tasks, and shared client portal. Every piece of activity for an engagement lives here.
  • Billing: quotes, invoices, recurring subscriptions, automatic dunning, bank reconciliation, and accounting exports. Everything coming in and out of your business.
  • CRM: contacts, companies, unified inbox, follow-up automations. Your commercial base and daily client relationship.

In what order should I start?

  1. Complete your profile, brand identity (logo + primary color), and legal info (VAT, tax ID) — 5 minutes.
  2. Connect Stripe to collect by card, SEPA, and Apple Pay. Onboarding takes 3-5 minutes.
  3. Connect your professional email (Gmail or Outlook) so every communication goes out from your verified domain.
  4. Create your first project, add a client, and send them the portal link. You have a tangible POC in under 15 minutes.
  5. Issue a test invoice, receive a real payment (even €1 to yourself), and verify the full cycle works.

Nexte plans

Three tiers, all with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required. You can change plans anytime from Settings → Subscription.

  • Free — up to 3 active projects, basic CRM (100 contacts), invoicing without Stripe, 1 user. Ideal for testing.
  • Independent (€29/month) — unlimited projects and contacts, Stripe + PayPal, automatic dunning, all core integrations, 1 user.
  • Agency (€79/month) — everything in Independent + unlimited team, multi-brand, advanced automations, GoCardless, SSO, 4-hour priority support.
You can skip all these steps and explore first — nothing is blocking for trial use. Data created during trial is preserved if you upgrade to a paid plan.

Technical limits

  • File size: 20 MB per upload on Independent, 100 MB on Agency. No cap on total storage.
  • API rate limit: 100 requests/minute per account (no limit for normal interface usage).
  • Outbound email: 500 emails/day on Independent, 5,000 on Agency (with Gmail/Outlook connected, your provider's limit applies).
  • Webhooks: automatic retry with exponential back-off up to 24h on failure.
